just a dream
at a gathering…
friend: guess who’s here? (pointing to the guy who’s sitting on a couch with other friends)
girl: oh no! what is he doing here? (with slight bitterness from the memories that still recur in her mind)
friend: he want’s to talk to you… (pushing the girl towards the guy. the guys stood up and approached them. the girl was full of hesitations but was encouraged by her friend to give the guy a chance to talk to her)
guy: hi! how are you?
girl: i’m fine! how about you?
guy: not fine at all… (with a face full of sadness, embarrassment and shame brought by the not so-good things he had done to the girl in the past)
girl: why? what’s the problem? (just like the old times, friendship prevails! the friend left them to give them the privacy to talk)
guy: honestly… i would like to tell you something… about us… i have a lot of regrets on what happened between us in the past… i hope you have forgiven me… i’m so sorry…
girl: i’ve forgiven you but i haven’t forgotten… sometimes, the pain just comes along…
guy: that’s why i’m here… i’ll be straight to the point! now i’ll take the risk… i’m not afraid anymore… i want you! i need you! of all the girls i’ve loved before, you are the one i want to love forever… (the girl was surprised and petrified to the sudden revelation…)
